A Note about the SettlersCandidates Running for Election
Diane Taylor : Hello Settler’s Point. My name is Diane Taylor. My family has lived in Settlers Point since 2003.
I have been involved in planning and organizing community activities over the years, the latest being the Easter Celebrations in the green belt.
I was appointed to the board in 2020 and have enjoyed serving and helping our community to continue to be a wonderful place to live and own a home.
I am willing to continue and serve on the board this coming year.
Taylor Alberstadt : Hello Neighbors! My name is Taylor Alberstadt, and I’m a two-and-a-half-year resident of our
wonderful Settler’s Point neighborhood. I would be excited to serve you as a board member, focused on maintaining and improving Settler’s Point. My wife,
two daughters and I are invested in making the neighborhood clean, safe, fun and modern. I’ve been in Arizona for over 20 years now having spent 7 years
at ASU earning my undergrad and law degree there – Go Devils! I’m looking forward to a very open relationship with all of you and serving you the best I can!
Dianna Kazee : I am Diana Kazee and would like to serve as a member
on the Board of Directors for Settler's Point Owner's Association. My family has lived in Settler's Point since September 2001.
I’m a retired Federal Government employee with experience in auditing finances and management, writing, interpreting, and
disseminating government regulations and procedures.
I am supportive of more community involvement and direction from the homeowners. A conservative and balanced budget must be maintained for the HOA.
Modernization is necessary to protect property values, but needs to be a good balance in maintaining community appearances as well as
upholding community standards.
My name is Mindy Spencer (Melinda Imig-Spencer). My family and I have lived in Shamrock Estates for 2 years now.
I have owned and operated my business for the last 12 years. I have three children ranging from 4 years old to 18
years old. I am a very passionate and driven individual and believe that I would make a great addition to the board.
I love that our community is filled with so many families and would like to help keep it a family friendly community
and want to make it the best it can be.

**Notice: In accordance to SettlersCandidates Homeowners Association By-Laws, in order to vote at the annual
meeting, you must be current in payment of all funds owed the association. If you are not current in payment
of all funds owed the Association by 12:00PM the day before the meeting, please consider this official notice
of suspension of your voting rights. Should you have any questions about your eligibility or to request a
hearing, contact the association at 480-813-6788.

Please review the information carefully before clicking the submit button. Have
you entered the correct Voter ID number?? The wrong ID number will result in
your vote not being counted.
If you vote online twice on the same day, your last vote will be counted, we will
assume you made an error and corrected it. Any subsequent votes using your
unique number will be disregarded. If you have lost your Voter Id number you may
contact Renaissance at 480-813-6788 to receive your confidential number.
Pursuant to You Association's Bylaws, you must be current in payment of all
funds owed the Association for your vote to be counted. If you attend the
meeting in-person you may rescind your online vote and re-cast your vote.
The Voter ID number is unique to each owner. The unique ID number and absentee
ballot are mailed to each owner using their billing address. We hope this,
ground breaking system, will increase participation.
