A Note about the ParkwoodAnnual Running for Election
Tom Licht : I am originally from Chicago. I’ve been in Arizona for 18 years and Parkwood Ranch for 7½. I worked for 30 years managing commercial construction and I have also worked as an HOA community manager. I am now retired. I have served 17 years on 4 different HOA boards, including the past 7 years on the Parkwood Ranch board. I am currently on the board and am willing to serve another term if you want me to.
Victor Reichstein : As a past board member I understand the workings of the system. Living in Parkwood since 2005 has been a pleasure. I love this community and want to continue to see it flourish.
Belinda Gray : To my neighbors – I am Belinda Gray, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a puppy mom and a realtor. I am a believer in communities, neighborhoods, friendships, and being there to help when we can. We bought our Parkwood Ranch home in 2011. Since that time my husband, Wally Taylor and I have attended many HOA meetings, established a Neighborhood Watch and arranged for yearly Cleanup Dumpsters in our area. We know that taking responsibility for our community is essential to preserving it and enhancing it. I would be honored to have your support for this election.
Travis Richards : I have lived in the community for over 11 years. I have served on the board for over six of the years we have lived in the community. I would like to be re-elected to the Board and continue to serve the community and do all I can to help support and maintain our great community. My professional background is in Information Technology (IT) and I have worked in that industry for over 26 years. Throughout my IT career I have had many management positions and have been responsible for many large projects and budgets, and will continue to use my professional experience to do all I can to maintain this wonderful community in which we live in.
Dan Atherstone : I have had experience serving on two community boards in Southern California: The Diamond Valley Arts Counsel, which advances art education programs, and helps furnish art sites in several communities there, The Hemet Library Foundation, which raises funds and organizes projects for the Hemet Public Library and its related programs, including music and genealogy. Before retiring I worked in heavy engineering construction, estimating and inspection. I am familiar with paving, grading, concrete work, storm drains, sewer and water. My wife and I enjoy out home in Parkwood Ranch and would like to become involved in the community.
